Meredith Carr

Meredith Carr is a multi-faceted marketing professional and content developer with a career that spans healthcare, nonprofit, entertainment and publishing. She has held senior corporate marketing positions, founded two creative services agencies and managed strategic projects for a variety of clients.

Meredith’s writing, editing and publication experience encompasses a full array of marketing communications vehicles including ad campaigns, marketing and sales collateral, journal articles, digital platforms, annual reports, websites, brand identity guidelines and press releases. She has worked with media outlets and managed marketing research projects.

Meredith has served as adjunct faculty at Belmont University in Nashville and UCLA Extension – teaching courses in advertising and content marketing to college seniors and working adults. She holds a Master in Business Administration from the Massey School of Business at Belmont University and a Bachelor of Arts from Middle Tennessee State University.

In addition to her professional activities, Meredith has always made it a priority to impact the world for good. She has served on several nonprofit boards and has mentored a single mother and her son for 21 years. In her spare time, Meredith enjoys reading, hiking, museums and roots music. She and her husband, Vince Melamed – a musician, songwriter and voice artist – live in Los Angeles.
